Brooke's party was a Harry Potter themed "Wizard Party" this year. While most of her peers have never watched the movies, Brooke has seen the first movie (not that scary), and generally likes suspenseful movies (preferably with Superheros). The kids got to dress up in robes, but some of the little girls did select princess costumes....much to Brooke's dismay.

Brooke sweetly invited some of Maddie's friends too so "she wouldn't be bored."
At the party, the kids had to do a few activities so they could be granted "Wizard status," and the guy below handed out diplomas with Brooke to all her friends.
Mixing up some magic stuff...
The kids practiced using their magic wands and got to decorate them. The only magic I saw was that no one lost an eye during this part.
Pizza and potion for their bottles of water.....
Brooke got to reveal the Candy Bar which contained lots of sweet goodies and some scorpions, snakes and other critters too...
Brooke specifically requested Krispy Kreme donuts instead of cupcakes. We told the kids that Brooke put a spell on the cupcakes and turned them into donuts.
She's a WIZARD!
Our party planner (Ha! You didn't think that I did all that, did you!?) custom made these little candy bars for the kids to take home....
Brooke has really been milking her Birthday month, and I don't mind one bit. Hooray for Birthdays!

Well, I did have to send a photograph to the lady, so I guess I did actually do SOMETHING!
